The operating principle of U-shaped ribbon mixer:

The two spiral belts rotate in opposite directions and generate a strong force for turning materials at the same time. The inner spiral belt moves the material to both sides, while the outer spiral belt moves the material inward from both sides, so that the material can be mixed quickly and evenly in a short time. While the mixture obtains violent radial motion, the axial push intensifies, causing the mixture to form a boiling state in the double-spiral belt mixer, thereby vigorously and fully stirring it in a short time, enhancing the strength of each component of the mixture. The collision and kneading between parts achieve the mixing quality of the mixture.
