Structure and working principle:

Installation and commissioning:

3. Before installing the belt, check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the side cutting direction of the guillotine, and then adjust the installation belt after confirmation, and make the belt loose and appropriate;

4. Before starting, the gap of the moving knife of the guillotine should be checked and adjusted, so that the gap adjustment is controlled at 0.8-1 mm without bumping, and then lock the bolt;

5. Check whether the fastening screws in each part are loose, adjust each part normally, and after confirming that it is correct, turn on the power supply for trial operation;

Safe operation and maintenance:

1. Before starting, you must read the instruction manual carefully, and make adjustments and normal maintenance;

2. The supporting power must meet the requirements, and it is not allowed to increase the spindle speed privately;

3. Check whether the running direction is the same as the guillotine cutting direction before starting, otherwise it is strictly forbidden to start the machine;

4. Hard objects such as metals and stones shall not be mixed into the materials that need to be guillotine, otherwise it will cause damage to the machine;

5. After the machine is started for a few hours, it is necessary to observe whether the components are loose, and the bearing must be filled with butter regularly;

6. When feeding materials, the operator's hand is strictly forbidden to approach the blade to avoid personal injury accidents; The feeding should be uniform and appropriate, not too much or too little, fast and slow.
