The commonly used water cooling device is to install a sealed water clamp in the crushing chamber and the bearing seat, so that the flowing tap water or the cooling medium of the special refrigerator continuously flows into the crushing chamber water clamp, and then flows into the bearing seat water clamp, which flows out from the water outlet on the bearing seat, and the special cooling medium can be recycled. The purpose of the water cooling unit is to reduce the temperature of the crushing chamber and the housing! This machine has two basic models: simple bracket and bottom box type.

Structure and working principle:
This machine is composed of feeding hopper, body, rotor disk, sieve plate, stator disk, discharge port and other parts. The spindle of this machine is equipped with a rotor disk, the rotor disk is equipped with tooth claws and flat steel teeth, the crushing chamber cover and the end face of the rear cavity are equipped with fixed tooth claws, and the tooth claws and flat steel teeth on the rotor disc are staggered with fixed tooth claws. When the spindle runs at high speed, the rotor disc also runs at the same time, and the material is thrown into the gap between the tooth jaws, and crushed under the comprehensive action of mutual impact, shearing, friction and so on between the material and the tooth jaw or the material with each other. The crushed material is driven by the air flow, along the outer edge of the rotor, continuously withstand the blow of the tooth claw and sieve blade, collide, rub and be quickly crushed.
This machine is equipped with a screen, the screen can be replaced according to customer requirements, when the material is crushed to less than the diameter of the sieve hole, due to the centrifugal force of the rotor quickly through the screen hole out of the screen, fall into the outlet below, the coarse material continues to crush. The general material is crushed to be collected through a breathable cotton bag, the crushed material is collected in the bag, and the air comes out from the fine holes of the bag, and the fine powder will not be discharged, so as to play a role in no waste and no pollution. Particle size control is achieved by replacing screens with different mesh numbers.
