Introduction to spiral elevator

Thespiralelevator is a device that continuously transports powdery, granular and small block materials. Its shape is spiral and is widely used in chemical, food, light industry, medicine and other industries. It can transport materials horizontally, vertically and diagonally, and the transport distance can reach tens of meters or even hundreds of meters.

Technical features:

1. This machine is a non-basic fixed type, and is composed of a drive motor, a reduction gearbox, a housing tube, and a spiral body, which are connected in sequence and combined into a whole.

2. The inlet and outlet can be tilted at the required angle according to the conditions of the work site, and can be connected and fixed with other supporting equipment.

3. This machine adopts integrally connected blades rolled from disc-shaped steel strips. Its spiral surface has high precision, the inner hole outer diameter has precise pitch size, and the conveying conditions are good.

4. A sensing device can be installed to automatically control the material level of the material box of the supporting equipment to improve the automation level.

5. Overall dimensions: Determined specifically according to project needs. Designed to facilitate the cleaning of residual materials: the spiral can be reversed to discharge materials, there is a gate at the lower end of the material pipe to discharge materials, and the entire spiral can be easily unloaded, loaded, and cleaned without tools.
